  1. The income column was generated by the sum of the incomes received by each of the household groups and their aggregates (e.g., urban households). The population for each group of households is provided by multiplying the row vector of number of individuals in the households by the column vector of expansion factors for each household. Average household size obtained dividing population by number of households in each household group, accounting for expansion factors. Per capita income (thousand ID per year) obtained dividing income (trillion ID per year) by population (millions) and multiplying by 10−3
