In the publication of this article (Hajihassaniasl and Kök 2016), the footnote in the abstract section was missing. This has now been included in this erratum.

This article was taken from a Doctoral thesis with the same name “Scale Effect in Turkish Manufacturing Industry: Stochastic Metafrontier Analysis” that has been written by Saeid Hajihassaniasl and advised by Recep Kök in 2013 at Dokuz Eylul University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics.
