The percentages shown on the left-hand side (LHS) ordinate of each graph are the shares of process components. Deducting each of them from 100% gives the share of IO components. The values on the right-hand side (RHS) ordinate of each graph show the percentages of AusLCI hybrid CFIs whose process shares are located within the deciles of the LHS ordinate (adding up to 100%). For example, under lower-bound DCC, the process shares of 28% AusLCI hybrid CFIs are between 90% and 100%
